General Santos City, Philippines
In the business of building better.
Since 2023 we have run support, back-office and creative work for clients in more than 40 countries, from the United States and the United Kingdom to Singapore, Greece and Australia, out of our own floor in City Heights.
Our floor, City Heights, General Santos City
What we do
Seven kinds of work, run from one floor.
Clients hand us the work that has to happen every day and would otherwise sit with someone who should be doing something else.
Customer support
Inbound and outbound voice, email and chat, covered across shifts so the queue never sits overnight.
Virtual assistance and staffing
A dedicated person on a client's calendar, inbox, CRM and daily admin, working their hours.
Appointment setting
Outbound calls and follow-up that fill a sales calendar, with the call outcomes logged where the client can read them.
Digital marketing
Campaign setup, posting, list work and reporting for clients who need the marketing to keep moving.
Multimedia and creative
Graphics, short-form video, and the recurring design work a growing business asks for every week.
Information technology
Systems, tooling and technical support, both for client accounts and for our own floor.
Back office
Data, documents and the processing work that keeps operations, finance and HR moving.
Shift coverage
The floor runs morning, mid, night and graveyard shifts, so an account in New York, London, Athens or Singapore is worked during its own business hours rather than ours. Coverage is set per account, not company-wide, which is what lets one floor serve clients from Los Angeles to Singapore.
How we are set up
Seven internal departments sit behind the client-facing teams: Human Resources, Recruitment, Finance, Operations, Business Development, Production and Creative. Production is the floor itself, led by team leaders who sit with their associates.
Inside Seighton
A real office, on the second floor of the MCB Building.
Everything happens in one place: reception, the production floor, the training room, and the meeting space where the company gets together.

The company is past seventy people, and we still run it that way.
Beyond the pay and what the law requires, there is a standing list of things the floor gets every month. None of it is a campaign. It is just how the place runs.
Rice allowance
Every month, for the morning shift and the night shift both. Packed and handed out in the office.
Food and transportation allowance
Every month, on top of pay.
Monthly pakain
A meal for the whole floor, every month, eaten together.
Weekly raffle
Every Friday. Small, regular, and the whole team is in it.
Birthday incentives
Every birthday is marked, and it comes with something more than a greeting.
Recognition, monthly
Employee of the Month is named and posted publicly, alongside first-year and multi-year work anniversaries.
That is the standing list. There is more that changes through the year, from the company Halloween to the anniversary celebration.
The monthly rice allowance, packed and readyTraining and recognition
People are trained here before they are put on an account.
Our first Recognition Program handed certificates of completion to the batch that finished training, in the same room they trained in.

Training allowance
Training happens before an associate is placed on an account, and it carries an allowance.
Certificates on completion
Each associate who completes training is recognized by name in front of the batch.
Seighton Academy
A TESDA-aligned training arm is being set up so training can be certified beyond our own floor. It is in progress, not open yet.

Nothing here is a stock photo.
Thirty-four photographs, every one of them taken at our office, at our events, or at something our team turned up for in General Santos City. No stock, no staging.

The things people ask before they trust a company they found on Google.
Yes. Seighton Business Process Outsourcing has operated since 2023 from a fixed office at the MCB Building in City Heights, General Santos City, employs more than 70 people onsite, and takes booths at job fairs run by the City Mayor's Office Youth Affairs and Development Office and by local colleges. You can visit the office, and our Facebook page carries three years of dated posts.
We run outsourced work for clients in more than 40 countries: customer support, virtual assistance and staffing, appointment setting, digital marketing, multimedia and creative, information technology, and back-office processing. The work is done by our own employees on our own floor.
Yes, for one role. We are hiring an IT / Software Specialist, onsite and day shift. The BPO Associate batch closed on 30 June 2026, and the next one is announced on our Facebook page, Seighton BPO Job Connect, before anywhere else.
BPO Associates, by a wide margin, across morning, day and night shifts. We have also hired for an IT and Software Specialist role, and we hire internally for Creative, Recruitment, Finance and Operations as the company grows.
Yes. Our BPO Associate postings are open to fresh graduates, and training is paid and happens before you are placed on an account.
Onsite, in General Santos City. Our floor runs morning, mid, night and graveyard shifts so that client accounts are covered during their own business hours.
Two things run alongside each other. The standard package: two rest days a week with no Sunday work, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions, 13th month pay and premium holiday pay, paid sick leave, service incentive leave and vacation leave that increases with tenure, night differential on night shifts, a training allowance while you train, and a path to regularisation. Then what Seighton adds on top, every month: a rice allowance, a food and transportation allowance, a company pakain, birthday incentives, a raffle every Friday, and Employee of the Month. We do not offer HMO coverage yet and we do not claim it.
No. There is no application fee, no training bond, no placement fee and no deposit at any stage. Anyone asking you to pay to work at Seighton is not from Seighton.
