What this website collects, and what it does not.
This notice covers seightonbpo.com only. It does not cover employment records, which are handled separately under our internal data privacy policy, and it does not cover client data, which is governed by each client's own agreement with us.
We do not ask you for anything
There is no form on this website, no account to create, no newsletter, and no analytics or advertising tracker. You can read every page without giving us a thing.
What happens if you message us
Two of the buttons on this site hand you over to Meta. The chat box in the corner is Facebook's Messenger plugin, and the "Message us on Messenger" link opens Messenger directly. If you use either one:
- Meta processes the conversation and sets its own cookies on your device. That is Meta's processing under their privacy policy, not ours.
- We see your message and your Facebook display name in our Page inbox, the same as any other message to our Page.

What happens if you email us
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to answer you. For a job enquiry that means through the hiring cycle you applied to. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a list.
Cookies
This site sets none of its own. Google Fonts serves the typefaces from Google's servers, which means your browser makes a request to Google carrying your IP address. Meta's chat plugin sets cookies only once it loads, which is on every page, so treat a visit here as visible to Meta.
Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
Republic Act 10173 gives you the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to object to how it is used, and to ask for it to be deleted. Write to infoseighton@gmail.com and we will answer. If you are not satisfied you can raise it with the National Privacy Commission.
