Careers
We hire in batches, and we say so plainly.
Most companies leave a permanent "we are hiring" banner up and let applicants find out the hard way. We would rather tell you exactly where things stand, what the job is, and what happens after you send a resume.
Where things stand right now
The honest hiring status.
We are hiring an IT / Software Specialist, onsite at our City Heights office on a day shift, full time. The BPO Associate batch closed on 30 June 2026 and the next one will be announced on our Facebook page first. There is no waiting list and there is never a fee.
BPO Associate
The role we hire most. Client support and back-office work on an assigned account, onsite in General Santos City, with paid training before you are placed. Fresh graduates and career shifters are considered on the same footing as people with call center experience.
IT / Software Specialist
Systems, tooling and technical support, both for the floor itself and for client accounts. Onsite at the MCB Building office on a day shift.
What the job is actually like
You are trained here before you are put on an account.
Nobody is handed a client queue on day one. Training comes first, it is paid, and it is run on our own floor by people who work the same accounts.
Paid training before placement
You learn the account, the client's own systems and the way the work is handled here, on the clock, before you take live work.
You stay with the account
Teams stay with the account they were trained on rather than rotating through it, so the work gets easier as you learn the client rather than resetting every few weeks.
A real shift, on a real floor
Onsite at the MCB Building, across morning, mid, night and graveyard shifts. Which shift depends on where the account's clients actually are.
A path to regular employment
There is a stated route from starting to regularization, and the recognition programs on the floor are tied to work people actually did, not to length of service alone.
What you get
What we chose to give, before the statutory list.
Every registered employer in the Philippines owes you the government-mandated benefits. These are the ones that are ours to decide, so they say more about the place than the legal minimum does.
Monthly rice allowance
Handed out on the floor each month, night shift included.
Monthly food and transportation allowance
On top of pay, every month.
Monthly pakain
A company meal, cooked and shared on the floor.
A raffle every Friday
Weekly, for everyone on the floor.
Birthday incentives
Marked for each person, not just noted.
Employee of the Month
Named recognition tied to the actual work, with the certificate handed over in front of the team.
Recognition
Certificates handed over in front of everyone.
Training batches finish with a recognition program on the floor. These are our own photographs of it.
Questions
Straight answers about working here.
The questions people actually send to our HR address, answered the way we would answer them in the office.
No. There is never a fee at any stage. We do not charge for applications, for training, for uniforms, for an assessment, or for a placement. If anyone asks you for money using our name, it is not us, and we would like to know about it.
Yes, for BPO Associate. It is the role we hire most and a large share of the floor started with no call center background at all. Training happens before you are put on an account, and it is paid.
We hire in batches rather than continuously, so there are stretches when nothing is open. The BPO Associate batch closed on 30 June 2026. The next one is announced on our Facebook page first. There is no waiting list to join and no advantage to sending a resume between batches.
Onsite, at our own floor on the second floor of the MCB Building in City Heights, General Santos City. The floor runs morning, mid, night and graveyard shifts because accounts are worked during the client's own business hours.
When a batch is open: we screen the resume, set an interview, you sit an assessment for the role, and if you are hired you start with paid training before you are placed on an account. We tell people either way rather than leaving them waiting.
The roles are onsite in General Santos City, so you need to be able to work from the office here. People do relocate for the job, but we do not arrange or pay for relocation.
