Why here
The work does not have to be somewhere else.
General Santos is a tuna and agriculture city before it is anything else, and for a long time the advice given to graduates here was to leave. Manila, Cebu, Davao, or overseas. The good jobs were understood to be elsewhere.
Seighton exists because that turned out not to be true. The clients are international, the pay comes from abroad, and the work is done from City Heights by people who did not have to leave their families to get it.

Second floor, MCB Building, Block 8, Salvani Street, City Heights, General Santos City, 9500. It is a fixed office we have run from since the company outgrew a single room, and the sign is on the building.
Yes, during working hours. Applicants, visitors and anyone checking whether the company is real are welcome to come to the second floor and ask at reception. Being able to visit is most of the point of having a public address.
The floor itself runs around the clock across morning, mid, night and graveyard shifts, because accounts are worked during the client's own business hours. Reception and the HR and admin team keep normal daytime office hours, so a visit is best made during the day.
Because the people are here. A large share of our floor are fresh graduates, career shifters and breadwinners from General Santos and the surrounding towns who were being told the work only existed somewhere else. Staying here is the reason the company exists in the shape it does.
